Hi YS. I don't think its gonna happen due to lack of interest. The best thing anyone can do is make a protest as a small group. Please refer to Baccara's post for the perfect example. Dont waste your time writting to Bush, he cant read anyway.

Hi MA. Yes she is Iraqi but from a village in the north of Iraq so she is used to the cold. Maybe one day I will have the chance to see her again. Sweden is very close to Finland so I hope we will have the opportunity to meet again soon.

Hi all

I am back after 6 weeks in greece.  The weather was fab, the food was fab, the ouzo even better, and life is so beautiful, so slow, so peaceful.  The people are friendly and generous, but i missed you all, missed the chit chat and the funny jokes.
Welcome all new faces on Iraq4u

Hi calm, and welcome back.

Greece is always a fab place to be, I lived 2 years in Athens, but I experianced it all. Islands, ancient sites, restaurants, Suflakies, the great Khoriatiki salad, not to mention the excelent wine festival. Even the beautiful pereia (the pear).

I wish they would have let me stay there, I could have been sipping ouzo  and dancing Zorba like crazy now.

Hey Calm. Alhamdulilah 3asalama. Good to have you back with us although I'm sure you would prefer to still be sipping Ouzo and basking in the seaside sunshine. I hope you over indulged in all the pleasures on offer and happy to hear you did us drinkers proud.

I have some time off in Sept so I might just visit the land of the Gods. If I close my eyes I can just about smell the Mediterranean and taste the Ouzo.

Where would you recommend in Greece for someone with a penchant for wine, women and song?

PS: Didn't know people in the UK still use the expression fab? Its been a very long time since I last heard it used. eg. "Cor, that beer was right fab".

Just dont mess with the Greek women in the small villages or their brothers will cut you gonads and feed them to the goats.
