نعم يا اخ عقراوي من يفصل مدينة عن مدينة لغاية في نفسه ولحب السيطرة والمجد نتوقع منه ان يعمل اكثر من قطع الرؤوس التي اصبحت من شيمة المليشيات والقاعدة انهم اعداء الله والوطن اللهم احرق الكافرين

Status: offline 		 I posted this in an earlier thread. I find Mr. Al Sadr's commentaries highly ammusing. Scary, but ammusing. If recent reports concerning the breaking of Maliki/Sadr alliance are true we can expect Muqtada and his bully boys to go under ground and this will prevent us from recieving regular Sadr gems on youtube. Shame! LOL

Status: offline 		This happened in DEC 2006. The Sunna Militias are doing the same but we didn't vote for them. According to witnesses the Iraqi National guard and Mujrimeen Al Mehdi were responsible for this forced evacuation. God help the families who had to endure this mehzela.

It is important to highlight these day to day issues that don't get any coverage on the Western or even Arab Media. This type of mass displacement with government backing should be front page news but we get what we're fed. Thankfully the internet allows us to search for the truth and decide for ourselves.

لا شك اني اصدق ادانة الحكيم لاعتقال الايرانيين في اربيل ولكن لا اصدق ما قاله الحكيم في سياق الموضوع
أدان رئيس المجلس الأعلى للثورة الإسلامية في العراق، عبد العزيز الحكيم، عملية اعتقال القوات الأمريكية لعدد من الإيرانيين في مدينة أربيل
وقال الحكيم، الذي يعد أحد السياسيين الشيعة في العراق، إن الغارة التي نفذتها القوات الأمريكية على مكتب تمثيل إيراني في عاصمة كردستان العراق، أربيل، تعتبر تعديا على السيادة العراقية.
ونفى الحكيم ان يكون للمجموعات المسلحة التابعة للمجلس الاعلى اي دور في الاضطرابات الامنية التي يشهدها العراق وماذا تعمل منظمة بدر اذن ومن يحركها.
ويقول مراسل بي بي سي في بغداد إن تصريحات الحكيم، والتي أدلى بها خلال مقابلة خاصة مع البي بي سي، تعتبر  رد فعل سياسي من داخل العراق تجاه الإستراتيجية الأمريكية الجديدة في العراق التي أعلنها الرئيس الأمريكي جورج بوش في خطاب له الأسبوع الماضي.
وحول الغارة التي نفذتها القوات الأمريكية في أربيل، قال مسئولون أمريكيون إنها استهدفت اعتقال الإيرانيين المتورطين في تمويل الميليشيات المسلحة في العراق، فيما تقول إيران إنهم دبلوماسيون يعملون بشكل شرعي.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الحكيم يتمتع بعلاقات وثيقة مع إيران، حيث عاش هناك لسنوات في المنفى، كما أنه يتمتع بعلاقات حسنة مع الرئيس الأمريكي، الذي اجتمع معه في واشنطن مؤخرا.
لكن ذلك لم يمنع أن تغير القوات الأمريكية على مجمع سكني تابع له في بغداد وأن تعتقل اثنين من المسئولين الإيرانيين.
وكان وزير الخارجية العراقي هوشيار زيباري قال يوم الأحد الماضي إنه يسعى لدى الولايات المتحدة من أجل الإفراج عن الإيرانيين الخمسة الذين تحتجزهم القوات الأمريكية.
وجاءت تصريحات الوزير العراقي بعد أن أصدرت حكومة كردستان العراق، التي تتمتع بحكم ذاتي، بيان إدانة شديد اللهجة ضد الاقتحام الذي نفذته القوات الأمريكية على مكتب تابع للحكومة الإيرانية في أربيل

Status: offline 		So SaifAli is from Najaf. OK that makes sense now.

These films we are posting on iraq4u are not just for the benefit of Iraqis but also for any foreigner who takes the time to browse through these sites. I left Iraq nearly 5 months ago and things are developing so fast that if I was to return to Baghdad tomorrow I would feel like a stranger in many ways. This site and others like it are for Iraqis to exchange views with people from their own country but just as important is the exchange we have with non Iraqis who are not aware of the atrocities and Geo political changes that are taking place in the country. If Saif is still in Najaf and posting comments from there then he has a unique chance to give us on site reports as to how life has become for the Najafi's. I am Baghdadi so my viewpoint will be different. I'm not sure about the rest of the members of this forum but I would presume most are from Baghdad, and I say this only because I'm guessing their origins based on the content of their posts. 

So how are things in Najaf now? Better of worse?

ارجو المعذرة اولا لاني كنت متوهما في اسم طعيمة الذي سمعت عنه الكثير في الكرادة وسافر الى الخارج وقد كان الاخ العاني محقا حينما ردعني وقال لي لقد اخطئت ان اخونا هذا عراقي اصيل وكان عليك الا تتهجم بهذا الشكل فالمعذرة اما فيما يخص النجف فقد كانت في زمن صدام هادئة احسن من الوقت الحالي الا ان الحالة المعاشية الان احسن ومتوفر الانترنيت والاتصالات بحرية ولا اخفي عليك الان الكل خائف من اين تاتي الضربة ومن يقوم بها واعتقد انت تسمع الاخبار جيدا ولهذا اكتفي بهذا الوقت حتى لا يمنعني الموقع من التسجيل

Although we hear and read whats happening it's no substitute for receiving information from people that actually live with this mehzela on a daily basis. I hope you will post more daily comments about what you and the rest of our brothers are going through in Najaf. We are in fact originally from your home town and all my family are buried there. Being born a Shia but not a practicing Muslim I am fascinated to hear about the changes places like Najaf and Karbala are going through. Whenever I used to visit Najaf (last time was to bury my dear uncle in late 2003) I always found the Najafi's to be wonderful and almost over hospitable if there is such a thing. But I guess things have changed greatly since them. As AlAni said, most people on this forum live outside of Iraq Maal Asaf, so having someone who is living in Iraq is a real bonus for us. Look forward to hearing more news about life in Najaf in your future posts. Regards Azinorum

من الملاحظ بعد الائتلافات الاخيرة ان اصحاب الفدراليات المتهورة سكتوا عليها واتمنى انهم لم يبيتوا تقسيم اخر شرق غرب بدلا من شمال جنوب ومجرد لتذكير الاخوان فان هذا الموضوع تقريبا حسمته الائتلافات الجديدة لصالح الروح لوطنية الحقة والوحدة الوطنية التي لا نرضى عنها بديل  من زاخو الى حدود الكويت ولا عاش من فرقنا وسيسحقه التاريخ ويكون صنما يرجم كرجم الشيطان في مكة والسلام
