Mr Harry I just mentioned some of the good things done by the dead man but sure if i write the bad things i could not finish them till now,and really i would like to ask you weather or not this goverment did better ?

In my opinion, the execution was not planned humanely, nor it was just, but not to the executed, it was not just to the people whom he treated like dirt, slime, and everything below these two.
He should have been tied to a post in the center of Baghdad, and all those families who suffered from his aggression should have done to him what he did to them. Remember the law of the land is “an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth”. I am normally against this law. However, in this case, it is the only law. Now. About the politics and the hoopla that surrounded the trials, the sentencing, and carrying out the punishment, as I said before, I do not want to go there. The new Iraqi government is nothing but a replacement of an old bunch of aggressors with a new shiny group of aggressors. The shine is blinding the people and covering up all the failures of the new puppets.

But if we keep using the "eye for an eye" mentality we won't get very far, as has been proven by the Shia/Sunna rubbish thats keep us from getting anywhere. In any case there are a lot of people on this forum that agree on the issue of the hanging. Most seem to agree that Saddam most certainly got what was coming to him and there was no way out of the execution. But most also seem to agree that the way the execution was handled was a disgrace and exposed the government as gutless Militia panderers. The video confirmed what we all knew anyway, all the parties are loyal to a particular Militia and as long as the Militias call the shots theres no future for Iraq. What I'm searching for on this forum is a balanced, sensible viewpoint on how we can come out of this crisis. I'm trying but just can't see a way out.
In my view, regarding the execution, Saddam got what was coming to him but the timing and setting was wrong. When I first saw the clips of masked men putting the rope around his neck i knew they were members of a militia as in theory they should be wearing uniform and should not cover their faces (like in most state executions). As for the timing, I think the fact that Saddam was only tried for the first case (Dujail) which in my view was the smallest of all cases and the fact that he would not be able to be tried for Anfal, the Invasion of Kuwait, and the 1991 Uprisings, shows that Iran and the Bush Administration had a say in this. There are many US secrets in these campaigns and therefore the Bush administration managed to hit 2 birds in one stone: satisfy the Iraqi people by fooling them by proving that they brought justice for them and by eliminating an old friend who is now or was until recently an enemy that had the potential of exposing them and their secrets.

Well I personally am trying to get my degree in Mechanical Engineering, so, I am busy with my studies, now I am just taking a break this semester, since none of the courses that I need are offered, so I will be busy again starting the end of next month.

Thanks. yeah its great to be back. I've been tied up with work but recently changed jobs and have had slightly more spare time on my hands. Its a great pleasure contributing more to this site among you all and i am glad that the forums are getting a bit busier than before.

السلام عليكم رجوعا للفدراليات المتهورة وعند مشاهدة قصاصات الاخبار طل احد رواد التجزئة من خلال شاشة التلفاز ليقول للعراقيين لا عنصرية طائفية بعد اليوم وانا هنا اسئل هل تجزئة العراق الى جزر طائفية لا تعتبر عنصرية طائفية بحد ذاتها ام ان السيد المعلوم غاب عن شاشة التلفزيون ويريد الظهور ليراه المواطن العراقي يشارك في السياسة لقد قزز العراقيين الخطاب السابق في بغداد عن الفدراليات المزعومة واطفا التلفزيونات اكبر عدد من الناس الذين يكرهون التجزئة وعمل الفيزا بين المدن وها هم يطفئوها للمرة الثانية لعدم قناعتهم بما قاله السيد عن العنصرية الطائفية التي يتبناها هو الاول واوصل العراق الى ما نحن عليه اليوم وجعل الارهابيين الوافدين يحلمون بامارة اسلامية وسؤالي هنا : هلا تركتم السياسة للسياسيين وجلستم في الجوامع للارشاد الديني
