When queried by reporters concerning his views on John F. Kennedy's assassination, Malcolm X famously replied that it was merely a case of 'chickens coming home to roost.'
On the morning of September 11, 2001, a few more chickens - along with some half-million dead Iraqi children - came home to roost in a very big way at New York's World Trade Centre and the pentagon.
The children, all of them under 12, died as a widely predicted result of the 1991 US 'surgical' bombing of Iraq's water purification plants, and other 'infrastructural' targets upon which its population depends for its very survival.
Indiputably, this sort of 'aerial warfare' constitutes a Class I Crime Against Humanity, entailing myriad gross violations of international law, as well as every concievable standard of 'civilised' behavior; and the death toll has steadily increased by US-imposed sanctions for a full decade now.
Enforced throughout by a massive military presence and periodic bombing raids, the embargo has greatly impaired the victims' ability to import the nutrients and medicines necessary to saving the lives of even their toddlers.
Out of a population of about 18 million, the 500,000 kids lost to date represent approximately 25% of their age group; the rest are still suffering physical debilitation and psychological trauma severe enough to prevent their even fully recovering. In effect, an entire generation has been obliterated.
Two high-ranking UN officials attempting to co-ordinate delivery of humanitarian aid to Iraq resigned in succession as protests against US policy. One of them, former UN Assistant Secretary General Denis Halladay, repeatedly denounced the 'system program...of deliberate genocide.' Shortly thereafter, Secretary of State Madeline Albright openly confirmed his assessment, calmly announcing that it was 'worth the price' to see that the US objectives were achieved.
Overall, the American public remained unconcerned, for there were far more pressing things than the unrelenting misery/death of a few hundred thousand Iraqi tikes to be concerned with; getting 'Jeremy' and 'Ellington' to their weekly soccer game, or ensurng that the little 'Tiffany' and 'Ashley' had just the right roll-neck sweaters to go with their new cords. And there was the yuppie holy war against ashtrays - for 'our kids,' no less - as an all-absorbing point of political focus.
Is the United States as suggested in modern history, the root of all terrorism in Iraq and maybe the world, I stumbled upon this article in a book I was reading the other day, and I will leave the judgement for my follow country men ((The Iraqi’s)) and to every decent citizen of this earth to decide and make the comparison between what has been described and the current situation in Iraq.

But the numbers in Iraq are far greater than Vietnam, so we can say that with respect to Iraq it is ((operation phoenix times six)), although the actual declared number is greater than six times, 655,000, and today after three years of operation Iraqi Freedom, there are more than 45,000 displaced families in Iraq alone and 450,000 Iraqi’s living in Syria and about 500,000 living in Jordan, these numbers does not include the Gulf and other countries.
Where did the allocated billions of Dolores for so called Iraq construction go?? Who are the local elites in the Iraqi political arena?? Are we hearing the same tone and language from the international media with respect to some of the wording inside this paragraph?? Where are the thousands of Iraqis trained in the Balkan, Poland and Czechoslovakia before the invasion of Iraq, roughly speaking 4000-12000 trainees? And who trained them?? And what is the purpose behind their training or what sort of training they went through???? And finally what is the name of the operation conducted in Iraq????
Probably if we could generate answers for all these questions with a high degree of satisfaction to ourselves, we would be able to recognise who is behind all the sectarian violence in Iraq, who is behind the plan to ignite the Civil war in Iraq, Who is behind the plan to divide Iraq, Who was the master planner for the bombing of Imam A3skari Shrine (pbuh), and why he did it, and the list goes on.
