From what I have read, seen, and noticed so far, all that the Kurds are trying to do is claim that the oil soaked part of northern Iraq. Which they have no credible evidence that they did not loose by any means “other than the British taking it away from them, and giving it to the Arabs”, to create a dreamland that their parents and probably their grand parents have passed on to them in forms of brainwashing lies. Just like the Jews and Israelis claiming that God promised them the land that has been named Palestine for centuries, but is renamed today as Israel. Knowing that according to the Bible, God promised that land to “Abraham”, now, unless “Abraham” is owned by Jews, and only Jews, then what rights do they have to claim Palestine, and get it handed to them on a silver platter? With the same token, unless northern Iraq was promised to the Kurds, by a heavenly land owner, who is to say the Kurds own the oil rich soil of Iraq?

harry according to international law which justify our rights , our presence in northern iraq is enough every nation in the world has the right of selfgovernance in theory you have the right to declare independence , and claiming land if three criterias are met the people in the region should have a common linguistic or historical or cultural heritage and the wish to have their own state second the state has to have territory how do you can claim territory according to the general understanding , the easiest way is by being the majority population in the area , third by establishing an administration with its own lawsystem history is history history tells us , that the region was for hundres of years mainly ruled by kurdish principals that according to several statictics , even conducted by international agencies , the british government and the otoman empire that kurds were the majority over the region and it is proven fact , that kurds can trace back their settlement for several hundred , if not thousands of year all this is enough this not a dreamland all we do , is to met the criterias to establish our own state

Why do not who have written these laws apply them to themselves and for example get out from where ever they have occupied? What about our Islamic laws (with respect the Christian and AlSaibians) were in Islam it said you can divide Muslim land or any land. In Islam there is one Kaliaf, so I do not know why since you (the Kurds) write in English, do not you teach yourselves Arabic and learn rather than living like beggars as the mental or thought beggars are much worst than material beggars. Jaafer I agree with you Iraq is the heart and soul of teh Middle East and history shows that. As for my Kurdish friends, they need to read history becuase the Americans/British will dump them just as they have with others when they are finished using them. It amazes me how brain washed they are, not all of them though many in Baghdad are very smart good people with a sense of reality. Last time i went to Arbil i could not beleive how rasict they were because I was Arab not a Kurd. KURDS you are nothing without Iraq so it better you stop acting like you own Kirkuk and other areas. BAGHDADI I agree with you, I have not been to the North of Iraq but I heard similar stories about the North in contrast to the Kurds in Baghdad. My relatives are disgusted from the situation whether they are in AlAnbar, Baghdad or Arbil and whether they are Arabic or Kurds, Sunni or Shia'. O dear it seems I have touched a row nerve. Your jewish adopted strategy from the british will fail because even on just a human level; nobody want to be cheated and nobody is able to cheat humanity all the time.
