I wish I can help more. All I know is that burghul is involved and mixed with water making the outside and then mince meat (la7am mathroom) inside. But sorry i couldnt be of more help. Its one of my favourite kubas after kubat Haleb.

We make it even in Finland.

- shell of cracked wheat stuffed with ground beef
- thin pastry of fillo filled with rice and some veggies and meat
- served in a red tomato sauce

Delicious!

yellow yeppers i love pakistani/indian and many other types of food, african peri peri chicken, grilled sardines portugal, etc...
i do hope that u r all being good and checking your recipies so that they are full of love for all and healthy.
health is important
most of all for the upcoming children
they must be healthy/strong WORLDWIDE
we MUST ALL LEARN to work together here to get LOVE on the ball in this life...
