Well as for me theres nothing much except for today !! the Gym was so FULL OF PPL!!! i guess they decided to loose weight for a cahnge hehe lols;coz its summer .Im glad to train them its cool . Gym is so great ppl ,its a must at least once a week . not for looosing weight only ppl but to keep in shape & to frame your body in the best way . plus loose the fat ppl gain soem muscels also to stay healthy guys really go for it

Well as for me im having alot of classes & work lately so im working out late at night lols butim planning to go to the beach in end of April , i really wana party there
As for all the healthy ppl whom work out , well im sure every1 drinks redbull ,carontine ect.... but guys just wana let you know this be carefull not to drink alot of concetratied redbull (the small bottile) coz i have some friends whom got serious problems with that , also i advice you guys to drink water or just redbull , be aware of the drimk called BURN coz its so arteficial & wont help your traning at all so stay in shape ciaoooo
hehe muthana . I know redbull with vodka or other liqures is just great but alot of it with drinks is bad thats true .coz when ppl pass out they sleep right away so the energy stayes in your body without charging it (oppiste of eating food before sleeping,it gets stored in your body as fat ) but with redbull you will have alot of energy that can effect your body also it wont be a very good night sleep , you can end up with nightmares or sleeping sweating or just shaking up in the middile of the sleep , but if u have a can or two its ok but not more . Also you can drink redbull in the begining of the night if your clubbing (so that you can loose the energy in dancing)
Talking about drinking (jackidaniles with coke ) is great yammy its tasty gets you high also whats good about it is that you can drink it all night till you pass out long time after it not like tequila (u pass out after a few ones lols)
Another thing guys : dont drink water the next day after Having alot of Vodka the night be4 coz you will end up getting drunk again hahaha (specialy if u have classes or work the next morning ) ciao ciao now enjoy clubbing ppl.
