Heyy Muthana .watssup dude ! yeah i know that feeling when you just want to stay home while all your mates are out partying ; then every 5 min you get an sms or a call from some1 telling you (WHERE ARE YOU THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!) heheheh well what can i say its always great for my friends ,but as for me leaving sweet home to join my friends isnt a good idea ! heheh coz by the time i get to their party their all passed out then i have to either listen to there noun sence blabla or funny singing or make sure they get back home safe so either ways its (makeltha lols) so i decided to go out with them not join them later or never leave sweet home when i feel cozy

PACHA !!!!????Can you tell me what that is....all it is, is a boiled head with water and a few sheep hooves. I mean theres hardly any meat and the meaning comes from farsi. Explains alot.....
We need a true iraqi dish and that is Bagilawedihin and you can ferg3 as much oil dhin as you want until you get it to the right grease level which is around 70%. Ohhh i crave bagilawedhin but i can't cook it right now cos my oven doesnt work. Anyone have suggestions for microwave bagillawedihin???

Welcome shnashil hela wala mutahna bageila bel dehin oh man what were you thinking hahaha i can imagine how the game was haha.
Shenashil Pacha yma3awed haha wala i almost forgot about pachaa , i never ate it coz i was scared of it when i was a kid (my aunts use to make it in parties or 3eed ) but i looked at it more as Hallowen in summer i saw ppl eating the tounge or the eyes of pacha wich was weird for me to see but honestly never tried it ,i wana try it someday when i go back to baghdad ,
i mean i tried a scorpion on a stick in china so why not pacha haha....

Mentioning bagela ,i saw some ppl whom eat it with a scrmbeld egg over it or (with bo6neej over it) it good if u guys work out full of protin also eggs shake with bananas and milk is good for your traning program guys .
good luck with bagila bil dehin ya walad , yala ciaooo

First of all DO NOT CUSS BAGILABELDIHIN ! It is the nicest thing in the whole entire universe and is 100% Iraqi unlike pacha which is Iranian. Secondly what were YOU thinking while eating scorpion , you wanna poison yourself or something and its disgusting. I mean i ate locusts in syria once only becuase i thought the were chicken wings because of their size and ate sheeps .......(actually nevermind which part) becuase i ordered a salad there not noticing that it was a base ingredient. And they wonder why i refuse to call myself arab....(even though its not just down to that one reason..but lets keep that down to the politics forum).

I thank you for you advice about proteins and all that but you still havent answered my question of making bagilabedhin in a microwave. I mean cummon iv been surviving SOLELY off microwave pizza and fries and leftovers which are about to finish soon. If that happens ill either die of malnutrition from just eating lays, get cancer (hopefully not) because of the microwaves or go bankrupt eating off a decent restaurant every day . Muthana, tamra.... anybody HELP ME!

People say your cook good eh. Everytime i cook people start pulling funny faces at me and since i moved out of home i still havent mastered frying eggs. I mean half of the egg shell falls into the pan and the when i try to take it out the oil burns my hand. Anyway iv had to get used to it since then and its been like chewing on thornes, even a camel would find it hard to eat. When i am really desperate i skip town with a tray of baqlawa and visit my friend who is kurdish and an expert cook. Most of what he cooks is typically iraqi and so reminds me of the good old days and home food. It was so simple then and everyday it was was a different thing on the menu, timen ou mereg spanigh, bamya, bethinjan and kebab, kuba etc. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....
Now i need to get my oven fixed and i might get cooking lessons..thats if im bothered.

Hiii guys , hello jorry warda inshala all the best of luck in your driving test 3enee, I myslef love driving so go for it girl you can make it i love speed and rasing go for it dear .
Shenashil yaba man microwave food isnt healthy dear so try to stay away of it (and man stop eating pizza & left overs ) try to eat healthy food , make some chinese food at home (its fast to cook , healthy & wont get you alot of weight ) trust me its easy just make sure you use sesami oil (a bit only to fry veggies) or soya sauce (they are both healthy & taste great) you can fry some meat or chicken or shrimps as well but use a chinese WOOK its better coz it will cook the food in a way that keeeps the vitamines in the food not burn em off hahah .
or just boil some bagela or potatos , make some soups or grilled meat with veggies .Imean man the world is full of recipes ( choose a diffrent dish each day ) try to eat all kinds of food never stick with one type .
and pls stay away of pizzza its can get you serious weight trust me . stick to salads with every meal also red draft wine is great & healthy if you eat stake or something like that + its yammy well man wish you luck with cooking ,also eat at least a pice of fruit each day good luck ciao ciaoo

You make it sound soo easy. The other day i got food poisening becuase i ate raw meat as every time i cooked it id find it burnt! Well it tasted nice at the time... Anyway the reason why iv done so well in my degree so far is becuase so far its been about what NOT to eat and thats basically my whole diet. The oven is my landlords property and so im going to have to take out a loan to pay for it to get fixed otherwise i get kicked out. Grrrrrrrr....
Tamra listen to yourself,Fruits, vegetables...?!!! You almost got me laughing there. I dont eat these things... i mean i cant becuase when Iraqis will see me theyll take the mick out of me and call me a pipecleaner. Best stay away from them. Also i am not going to cook chineese food or indian and other asian food for that matter, every time i do i spend the next day rushing off to the can all the time.
I'll pass your last point about red wine as i dont drink alcohol becuase of religeous reasons and becuase of health resons. (Hey look i am a bit healthy after all!). This and hubbly bubbly nergeela sheeshas which i have constantly been invited to bubble with some of the smelliest arabs Egyptians. Did you know it has the same harm as 20 cigarretes. This and it frangrances you with 'eau de smelly arabe'.
I'm gonna stick to jorries advice and say bismillah before i eat my leftover pizza. Ill need more that a miracle but if it works ill make sure its published in the torah. Along with the maccabees and the story of hannukhahs eternal candle.

Oh dear God shenashil man how can you not eat veggies or fruits man there the best things in a diet also the best for being healthy !!! what can i say eat alot of dolma dear it has veggies after all hahah.
Well red draft wine is healthy (i respect the religous side of not drinking it ) but its not harmfull if u drink a bit with a meal lol

About Chinese food it so healthy but depending on whos making it if you make it right you wont have to rush to thw WC every 5 min the next day but Indian food woohff!!! man Indian food kills my stomach it so spicy though i like spicy food but Indian food damages my tummy so bad (i keep the distance with it hahahah) but hey dude sushii is good yammy just make sure you eat it in the right place coz u can get sick if the place aint that claen lols but i guess your not into asian food after all.
well if u like Easter food i guess (tabooola ) is healthy and yammy also Dolma in olive oil (the light one) or maybee you can switch to Italian food coz i see u are so in love with pizza haha so try some diet pasta with fresh tomato ragon & mushrooms just dont eat bread with the pasta ;stick with one kind either bread or pasta so u wont gain alot of weight .
also never drink tea after a meal imeditly , drink your tea after at least 20min in order not to loose the vitamines in your meal .
Argela is bad for the health true but its yammy too haha , just make sure to have argela at home (personal argela) coz u can get alot of diseases from (argela coffe shops) coz many ppl breath in it & the disesesa or alergies spread that way .

Hi guys. I was just about to say nice advice Tamra but then Shenashil said he does not eat any veggies. I think he does not eat veggies be itself but he does eat it with dolma, ma8loba, and other things right Shenashil. I know a lots of boys do not eat salad and fruit just like my brother whatever I tell him eat same salad say goes Iam not a girl .Just not to buy that much food from the fast food stores I get poison last month ( 9mala 3ala el sam3en). I think it is just matter of time until you got use to this living. I suppose to be moving out next year but one of the reasons I do not want to is Iam not really sure about is handling doing everything be myself without my mama. Helping your mom around the house is different than having your own house. allah inshallah e3enak. e wallah Tamra I can not wait to got my driving license Iam not going to have to ask any member in my family to take me somewhere becasue I can do that myself. See you later guys.

Well GOOD NEWS guys my oven was fixed and it cost me about the equivelant of 250000 IRAQI dinars to do it. Vegies im too embarassed to eat, i mean once i walked down an iraqi alleyway with peas , carrots and stuff like that and then when i entered shops they began putting on a lebaneese accent to me. When i said i was iraqi they would belive me and took it offensively. Dolma ill eat if i could cook it but im certain i cant as it requires too much skill.
Secondly your asking me to try and cook CHINEESE FOOD. Please let me just master the art of beans on bread before i come back to you. As for Indian food, as part of a charity trip i went to India and to tell you the truth it was the biggest mistake of my life. I mean i did feel sorry for people there with all there troubless and so on. But i spent a whole week with a family who had never even come in contact with soap and water. I tried to teach them and relate to them but they thought i was a muslim missionary and so didnt listen to me. The ganges river had a striking resemlance to a sewer and when i went to New delhi , finding a restaurant without chilly was more than a needle in a haystack. I kept on vomitting and vomitting and the gas just built up. The wc became like a second hostel to me.
Im afraid i wont be able to eat sushi as i now ahve got a fobia of raw meat and by the way im a coffee not a tea addict. I mean i have more jars of nescafe in my appartment than they do in starbucks.
Jorry Dont move out your gonna need you mom so badly . Youv heard my story and im in real mess. Staying at home will ensure you have a cleaner life and more time to study.
Jorry btw ill pray for you and your driving test on the condition that you pray for me to get my cooking sorted. Amin

You see that is exactly why i stay within my religeon. Better to be safe than sorry. Anyway how old are you...36 or more? Well never would of noticed it but if you do buy this villa send me the address cos i really do need a break. Remember this is to help a fellow iraqi to escape troubles of university life . I mean which Boso said that these are supposed to be the best years of your life. I tell you if it does get any worse i dont know what to do.
Anyway i really suggest you do pay your bills and get back online and also has anybody here been to Detroit becuase i hear that many iraqis reside there and its where im going this summer. Just wanna know all the good places to hang about becuase ill be spending my time at some courses and conferences there but will have two or three weeks to have some fun.

Just looking back. YOU THINK ARGELA IS NICE.YUMMY EVEN!!!! Just reminded me.The other day i got into a fight in a cafe. Some Egyptian guy sat next to me blowing his shisha smoke onto me while i was eating.I told him to go away but he stuck around. So i did the only thing i could at that time....threw his precious hubbly bubbly on the floor , threw my plate on the floor and RAN OUT. BOY AM I BAD....Reminds me of my early teenage years
SO YOU SEE I CANT STAND THE SMELL AND PROBABLY WOULD FIND THE TASTE EVEN MORE DISGUSTING. As a fellow concerned Iraqi i suggest you dispose of it straight away.
