Palin says that the mission in Iraq is a mission from God. Let's hope this evangelical from the republican party doesn't get elected because her mission in Iraq has been to spread bloodshed, looting, killing, kidnapping supported by the united states and executed by the dawa and sadr parties and their supporters and of course the spread of Iranian values and culture throughout Iraq.

Palin meets expresses support for Israel at AIPAC meeting

Republican VP hopeful meets with AIPAC to put Jewish community at ease over her views on US-Mideast relations, says she would like to visit Israel soon. Lobby spokesman: 'VP nominee believes in the special friendship between two democracies'
WASHINGTON – Senator McCain's running mate in the US presidential election, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, met with the board of directors of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee on Wednesday and expressed her admiration for Israel. The meeting took place inside Palin's hotel, sources said.  A campaign official would not say who asked for the meeting, but said it was geared towards putting the American Jewish community at ease over her understanding of US-Middle East relations.

"That's obviously going to be an issue," the aide said. "It's not like being the senator from New York, obviously. But these aren't issues that are off her radar."  Palin, joined by Sen. Joe Lieberman, expressed her "heartfelt support for Israel" and spoke of the threats it faces from Iran and others, the campaign official said. She also claimed to have planned a visit to the country in November of 2007, but had to cancel when she was pregnant.  AIPAC spokesman Josh Block was pleased with the meeting. "We had a good productive discussion on the importance of the U.S.-Israel relationship, we were pleased that Gov. Palin expressed her deep, personal, and lifelong commitment to the safety and well-being of Israel," he said.  "Like Sen. McCain, the vice presidential nominee understands and believes in the special friendship between the two democracies and would work to expand and deepen the strategic partnership in a McCain/Palin Administration."

Palin has previously met with Israeli Foreign Ministry official David Akov, who served as Israel's Consul General for the Pacific Northwest Region. During the meeting the two discussed cooperation between Israel and Alaska on various issues, such as counter-terrorism efforts.  Akov invited Palin to visit Israel and the governor expressed her desire to do so. She also reportedly told Akov that Alaska's residents love Israel.

*tires screech*

Whoah. Hold your horses there, guy.

Kidnappings supported by the United States?

*looking into my log-book*

Nope, can't see any missions given to me that said: "Go to Joe Schmo's house and kidnap him for money, or a ransom." We don't kidnap people. If we have sufficient proof that you're a bad-guy, and that you've done some really bad things, we will go to your house, kick your door down, and detain you. And we'll put you in jail. We won't release you for money, or for any demands, and you'll go up the food chain untill your punishment gets handed down. If you don't deserve to be punished, we'll release you at a location in your neighborhood.

By the way... Myself and many like me dislike IRAN. SEVERELY!

And when u mention the Sadr party, do you mean to say that they are in leagues with us? Meaning the U.S. Soldiers? Cuz if so.... I'd have to dis-agree with every bone in my body. I'll simply say this, we've let loose thousands of rounds against Sadr's Militia. There's no love between us.

And Palin?

Dear God, I hope that her, and John McCain do NOT get elected into government. If so, I'll be here for another 50 years, if they had their way. And I don't know about you, but I'm tired of getting shot and blown up.

And I think that the whole "Mission from God." statement is stupid. This isn't a Mission from God. It's a mission from people back in Washington D.C. They're the old men that sit down behind their desks telling young men to do stupid things so that they can feel better about themselves.

"spread bloodshed, looting, killing, kidnapping supported by the united states and executed by the dawa and sadr parties and their supporters and of course the spread of Iranian values and culture throughout Iraq. "

the reference there was about the whole mess in Iraq since the fall of Saddam and the integration of the dawa party into the political system in iraq and giving it the upper hand and the power to rule the country and all with the coocequences that followed (looting, kidnapping, bombs, al qaeda) all of that would have have happened if the USA decided to stay in Afghanistan and finish the job there rather than opening another front on a country that didn't attack the united states nor had any intention in doing so. It was and still is a war for Oil

The USA created the atmosphere in Iraq where warlords, religious guys pretend to be God and warlords who pretend to be Saddam are given the right environment to spread their wings, hate, corruption and personal agenda.
