hey, that's a cool website. The value is based on the domain name only and not the website, which are two different things :) I was offered much higher price for both the domain and the website few years ago, I declined it since it wasn't as much as I was hoping for.
there are professional companies that appraise your website based on domain name, content and documented wbesite income, these are the ones that count
