November 1st, 2007 the www.Iraq4u.com celebrated its 10 year anniversary
Although the website established its roots earlier in 1996 as a simple web site for IRC chat room #Iraq, the website evolved and got its own domain name, server and built a whole community around it during these years serving countless Iraqis worldwide.
The website became famous for its first collection of Iraqi Maqam and Iraqi Dance Music, First Online Jokes Database, Iraq’s Singles Network and many other free online tools that brought a smile and a tear to many Iraqis online, longing for their family, community, culture and country.
