calm

you are saying (Good god zim and who gave you this idea?[&o]
Sadiq means someone who tells the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and our friend here never ever told the truth.
He got it wrong somewhere along the line, never mind he can't help it, his understanding is as bad as his writing.

Miss zimzim is saying true i love iraq but i do not like people like lion of babylon and harry, these guys always pissing me off and making me i am lier and telling the truth, from what shall gain if i am not telling the truth, everything i am telling about iraq is the truth to show what is going in iraq.

from now on i will never chat with lion of babylon or with harry because they became my enemies without any respect to me so i am going tobe their enemy.

and thank you Miss. zimzim for believing me and god bless you, Miss. zimzim. [:D][:D]

I know everyone will agree that Saddam and his Baathi pigs were brutal and inhumane but Brothers and sisters of Iraq4you, he was a dictator and gave himself these powers. I bet not many of you know that in September 2006 a new bill was submitted to the senate giving the US president the power to order any torture techniques which do not rise to the level of “grave breaches” of the Geneva Conventions. The new bill gives the government the power to use confessions and other testimony derived from such torture as evidence in criminal proceedings.

Now my question to you all is this. If a brutal dictatorship uses violence it is to be expected and is called brutal and inhumane. But when the champions of democracy and freedom hold people indefinitely without trial and use torture to force confessions it is called necessary for National safety. How can there be such a blatant double standard in this day and age? Whats good for the goose is good for the gander. Let us not forget what happened in Abu Ghraib and who's to say it isn't continuing to this day in this and other Iraqi prisons?

Until the worlds only superpower sets the moral example for all to follow how can third world countries run by despotic dictatorships be expected to change their ways? The horrible truth is that just about all the civilized countries in the world use torture but no one talks about it.

FlyByBaghdad -> RE: I'm ashamed to call myself an Iraqi. These people are animals!! (7/13/2007 6:11:18 PM)

It is true that a big share of what is being done in Iraq is by Iraqi daggers but the hands holding that daggers will remain anonymous but not for long, whoever is supporting these guys, financially logistically etc. we come to a crucial point here which is; unfortunately one of the targets achieved by Saddam regime was destroying the sense of love for country in the heart of every Iraqi citizen, In case of Iraqis in the outside of Iraq, well,  they were made to feel ashamed of the acts committed by the regime by the outside at the time when they were victims of that system so they tried to distance them selves from anything Iraqi with exception to some sweet memories and Food , while self centred ideology was promoted in Iraq to the highest degree. This has produced me, my family, and my clan, way of thinking. Going through the history of all the modern and old wars we could find the same case over and over again. In France during the WWII, in Vietnam, Korea, Europe Eastern Block during the Iron curtain time etc. I don’t disagree with your comments about the Iraqi factor but I don’t fully agree to the innocence of the foreign factor as well. [:@]I used to assist Vets. with gelding stallions.  Of course we used anesthetic.
I should think anesthetic is NOT required for the ANIMALS that harm children.  Or course a good razor blade would do.  Someone to hold these ANIMALS down would be required.  Forget the peroxide or anything to keep the DIRTY area clean.  Slow and steady process...  Killing them would serve them a favor that is NOT needed.

My heart goes to you, god bless

YellowSunshine -> RE: I'm ashamed to call myself an Iraqi. These people are animals!! (7/20/2007 4:53:25 PM)

calm, yeppers i did, read my true story from couple nights back.  LOL to u!!!
Cuervo Gold Worms, Chocolate Covered Worms and Fishing Patents Pending!

This particular title was chosen as it brought back memories of eating the above mentioned worms: After dinner last night my man and Elijah (dog) alias "The little Focker", went fishing. One cane pole, 3/or more fisher"men". Soon I became frustrated as why have one pole in the water when you can have many? Makes no sense to me! I began my quest for more. In my jeep (named Betty M. after a great friend in her 80's a true road warrior) there was twine (from hay bales, a lovely shade of sky blue). I reclined in my chair while my man farted around with the cane pole, tangled lines, weeds, etc. and this strange woman began to twist apart threads, knotting them together periodically. Throughly enjoying this quiet time and sipping some white wine that was carefully blended with half apple juice. This procedure did not take long. I was soon ready to prepare my line, added the necessities and bit off a portion of a large squirming night crawler, attaching ever so carefully to my hook. In the dusk began my quest for a large tree root, close to the water (naturally) to tie my line, SUCCESS! This new found technique worked FANTASTICALLY! We ALL agreed that MANY lines could be dropped from the bridge (close by) where we could tie up to 100 lines at once provided we had enough energy to pull in our catches! Of course we could recruit assistance. So there you go. Additional notes, the above is a TRUE story, do not let your mind play tricks on you in disbelief! PS. If you are a pack rat (life self) then I imagine you could devise your own sinkers, bobbers, etc..

Calm -> RE: I'm ashamed to call myself an Iraqi. These people are animals!! (7/21/2007 5:52:40 AM)

I never ever been ashamed to be Iraqi.  But I am ashamed to be an Arab.
Arabs of all nationalities agreed on not to agree, they are one useless bunch of people.  They sat back and watched every sinner rape Iraq, and did nothing, except hand over more help to the rapiest to make it easier for them.
Children, men and women were shot down, injured by one way or the other, did anyone offer their medical facility, yet they are the ones who are giving a helping hand to the insurjents.
There is no such thing as Arab unity, but  the opposite..

Mr. calm

well read the history of the arabs and see how they always make problems between each other and spoiling the reputation of the great wonderful islam, espacially by the great islamic characters like (ali bin aby talib and khalid ibn walid and abu baker al sadiq and omar bin al khatab) these great and wonderful characters, see how these 4 characters suffured from the arabs and also from the kufar.
