Every city and town in Iraq is dangerous, every where except Kurdistan. Looks like thats about to change! Comments please. quote: Turkish forces waiting for orders to attack Kurdish bases in N. Iraq ANKARA — The Turkish military is preparing to launch an offensive in northern Iraq. Officials said about 3,800 members of the Kurdish Workers Party were based in the Kandil mountains in northern Iraq. The PKK members were said to be operating in bases near the Iraqi and Iranian borders. Another 2,300 PKK operatives have infiltrated Turkey from bases in northern Iraq. The military said the flow of insurgents accelerated over the last two years. Military sources said PKK operatives have been bolstering defenses in northern Iraq in preparation for a Turkish invasion, Middle East Newsline reported. The sources said the PKK effort has been aided by the autonomous Kurdish government in Iraq. The figures were released as the military has been gathering forces along the Iraqi border. An estimated 60,000 soldiers, backed by main battle tanks, rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft, were deployed in southeastern Turkey in an effort to battle the PKK. "The PKK must be eliminated as a problem between Iraq and Turkey," Turkey`s special envoy to Iraq, Oguz Celikkol, said. The General Staff has been pressing for an invasion of northern Iraq to eliminate PKK bases. On Thursday, Turkish Chief of Staff Gen. Yasar Buyukanit said the military has been ready for such an operation since April. "As military men, we are ready, but all military men need orders," Buyukanit said. "I can't send them [government] a written request, can I? What do they expect from me? Political authorities will determine the targets." The pro-Islamic government of Prime Minister Recep Erdogan has not ruled out such an operation. Erdogan has called on the United States, which opposes a Turkish invasion, to eliminate PKK bases. The Bush administration has urged Turkish diplomatic efforts with the government in Baghdad. "Our expectation from the United States and Iraq is to scatter and destroy the bases of the terrorist organization in northern Iraq," Erdogan said. "They either turn them over or send them elsewhere. We have to achieve results.

Dudes. Like I said, the Kurds are next. What do they expect if they harbour terrorists? With all the troop concentration focused on the central and Southern regions nobodys gonna help them if the Turks do invade. Min Eedeh Ezeedeh! Iraq fears Turkey troop build-up Iraq says Turkey has 140,000 soldiers along its border, prompting fears of an incursion against Kurdish guerrillas. Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiyar Zebari an ethnic Kurd himself, said his government was against any breach of Iraqi sovereignty. He called for talks with Ankara to solve the issue. Turkey accuses Kurdish separatists of staging attacks from inside Iraq. It has often warned Baghdad that it is prepared to take military action. Turkey has not commented on the figure of 140,000 quoted by Mr Zebari. If the figure is accurate, Turkey would have nearly as many soldiers along its border with Iraq as the 155,000 troops which the US has in the country. In Washington, White House spokesman Tony Snow said the US shared Turkey's concerns but that it was "important, we think, to recognise the territorial sovereignty of Iraq". Mr Zebari said he understood Turkey's "legitimate security concerns", but said the best way to address them was by reviving the tripartite military and security commission, which involves Iraq, Turkey and the US. "We are fighting terrorism here in the streets and neighbourhoods of Baghdad. If the expectation (is) to release all these troops to go and fight in the north and in the Kurdish mountains, the thing is that the timing is not right for that," Mr Zebari said. Turkey has been fighting the left-wing PKK Kurdish guerrillas since 1984, in a war which has claimed up to 30,000 lives. There has been an upsurge in fighting in recent months, with the Turkish army claiming it has killed 110 rebels since the start of the year and losing in turn 67 soldiers in clashes with the PKK. The government of the Islamist-rooted AK Party has been under pressure from the military to take action against Kurdish guerrillas in Iraq. There have been a series of reports of a build-up of Turkish troops along the border in recent weeks. Last week, Turkey's Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul said the government and the military had agreed detailed plans on how a cross-border offensive might be carried out. BBC regional analyst Stephanie Irvine says the current build-up of troops at the border may herald action or may be designed merely to show Washington and Baghdad that Ankara is running out of patience with their failure to deal with the Turkish separatist rebels in northern Iraq. Turkey is in the middle of an election campaign, with parliamentary polls due to take place on 22 July. Nationalist parties are expected to perform well on the back of the wave of popular clamour for action against Kurdish separatists.

Dudes, just got this report from Iraqi slogger. This is a chance for the Talabani-Barazani double act to show some commitment to not harbouring the PKK terrorists. However I doubt it. No Turkish Invasion, For Now Gul Warned US Ambassador, But Erdogan Says Not Before Election "Warning letter," read Monday's headline in the Turkish media, topping a sensational account of foreign minister Abdullah Gül's ominous appeal to US Ambassador Ross Wilson after a discouraging June 22 military briefing on the PKK. Though not directly threatening unilateral intervention into northern Iraq, the harshly worded missive reportedly caused Wilson to change expression immediately upon receipt. Sabah newspaper broke the story and re-printed the text of the letter: "Turkey has attached a special importance to their alliance relationship with the USA and has stood by the USA in many of its military operations all over the world. However, it is observed with concern that despite all of our warnings and the proof and about the existence of the PKK in northern Iraq, the US has not taken a step against the organization. If the USA does not make a candid interference with the terrorist existence in Northern Iraq and does not provide cooperation of Kurdish groups, the stability in Northern Iraq will seriously be jeopardized. Turkey will not hesitate to do what is necessary for all the mentioned elements. Turkey's internal peace, stability, territorial integrity and life safety of its citizens are more important than anything else." In the ensuing weeks since Gül reportedly gave the letter to the US ambassador, the foreign minister has been an increasingly bellicose critic of US and Iraqi inaction against the PKK, recently confirming that the government and military had worked out detailed plans for a cross-border operation. "If neither the Iraqi government nor the US occupying forces can do this, we will make our own decision and implement it," he said. The plan would require parliamentary approval, and Turkish leaders had hinted that a special session could be called, but the latest word from Ankara is that the Parliament has no intention of reconvening before the July 22 elections. Asked Tuesday if he would reconvene Parliament to authorize military action, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said: “Not now. We have 12 days to elections... At the moment our agenda for that period does not contain the issue of (Parliamentary) permission (for an incursion).” But he also refused to rule out the prospect, adding, “This does not mean that it will never happen. We will not hesitate to take any required steps in this regard whenever it should become necessary. But the relevant organs and institutions have not yet reported to us regarding the steps that would make this a necessity.” On Monday, Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, warned that Turkey had deployed some 140,000 troops close to Iraq’s border, which would indicate a significantly larger presence than has been publicly acknowledged. When asked about reports that the Turkish military had massed troops along the Iraqi border, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said Monday that it was normal for the Turkish armed forces to step up operations in southeast Turkey to counter the annual PKK springtime offensive. McCormack said it was up to Turkey to comment on its own deployments, but added "I would steer you away from that number of troops being immediately along the border." So despite the frenzied peak of rhetoric, it looks like the invasion question will be delayed for at least a couple more weeks. As Erdogan told Turkish television Monday: "We hope there won't be an extraordinary situation before the election. But there'll be a new evaluation after the elections."

LOB, they will never change because they are still like the PKK, especialy Barazani. He is a war man and does not understand any other way. I am sure he is protecting the Turkish PKK because they protect him also in the past. This is what I think anyway. [8\|]

guys congratulations today there was a football match between iraq vs. australia, and guess what iraq won 3 goals and australia got only 1 goal, this a great time for the iraqis to be happy they played in bankok capital of thailand, i wish they always stays happy. [:D][:D][:D]

[8\|] Turkey Shells Northern Iraqi Villages Baghdad Calls for Halt, as Turkey Hits New Areas Turkish artillery and warplanes bombarded villages in northern Iraq on Wednesday, as Baghdad responded with an appeal for dialogue instead of force. "We have received reports that the Turkish government and the Turkish army have bombed border villages. The Iraqi government regrets the Turkish military operations of artillery and warplanes bombing against border cities and towns," government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh told The Associated Press. Al-Dabbagh said that the morning bombardment struck areas of the northern province of Dahuk, some 260 miles northwest of Baghdad. "The Iraqi government calls for ceasing these operations and resorting to dialogue," he said, insisting that Iraq wants "good relations with Turkey." VOI reports Turkish artillery fired more than 250 shells across the Iraqi border, setting ablaze large areas of natural forests but causing no casualties, according to a "security source." "Turkish artillery began, today at 4:00 am, shelling areas on the border with Turkey in Zakho in northern Iraq," said the source, adding "more than 250 artillery shells fell onto areas of Nahili, Niroi and Rikani, 70 km north of Duhuk." Sporadic shelling of northern Iraq by Turkish forces is not unusual, but VOI's source said Wednesday's attack struck deeper into Iraqi territory than previous shellings. "It was the first time the Turkish artillery shelling was extended to include villages stretching from Zakho till Imadiyah district," the source said. Earlier Wednesday, Kurdish guerrillas bombed a military vehicle near the Iraqi border, killing two soldiers and wounding six more, according to the state-run New Anatolian.

AL Jazeera News chanel stated that the Kurdish Basihmarga started to move to the city of Karkuk in order to protect the oil fields, and also it states that the city of Zakho was shelled by the Turkish forces for at least 100 times, God have Mercy on Iraq and The people ohf Iraq.[8\|]

Tells Turkey to Halt Military Operations in Iraq's Northern Border Areas Baghdad, Jul 19, (VOI) – The Iraqi government expressed regret on Thursday over the recent Turkish offensive on some villages in Duhuk, northern Iraq, and called on the Turkish government to stop military operations and seek dialogue and understanding. "The Iraqi government deplores the artillery shelling and air bombing of Iraqi border cities and villages in the province of Duhuk," the spokesman for the Iraqi government, Ali al-Dabbagh, said in a statement received by the independent news agency Voices of Iraq (VOI). "The Iraqi government looks forward to having good neighborly relations between Iraq and Turkey and calls on the Turkish government to stop these operations and resort to dialogue," the statement read, adding the Iraqi government would forward a memo through the foreign ministry to the Turkish government. Iraqi border areas with Turkey have been witnessing military activities by the Turkish troops targeting members of imprisoned leader Abdullah Ocalan's Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), deemed by the Turkey as a "terrorist" group. The recent of these operations took place on Wednesday morning, when the Turkish artillery shelled border areas in Zakho, 50 km north of Duhuk. Sources in that area said about 250 artillery shells fell on Nahili, Niroi and Rikani, 70 km north of the Kurdish province. Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki had received the Turkish ambassador in Baghdad in mid-June 2007 and expressed deep concerns about PKK operations in Turkey, adding he (Maliki) was keen on banning PKK activities in Iraq.

sadiq is right, I dont know what is wrong with my iraqi friends. kurds are constant liers, they fake the history. the other day one of them was telling me they have 20000 years of history, most of them written, ETC. and he adds that Turks are barbarians and go back to mongolia ETC. There cannot be any democracy in kurds as long as they have tribal leaders. democracy is the last think to hear from a kurd. the reason they are in peace now, because of the golf war and the help from america. today they are harbouring terrorists of PKK. they kill turkish soldiers and kurdish in Turkey. but what barzani says is completely a primitive nation's and leaders remarks, '' we have strong army and can defeat Turkey. and many non-educated kurds believe that idea. they are guerillas not soldiers. their history wa written in france last 5 years and they dont have language in grammar. it shows they are not nation, many kurdish dont understand each other. Turkey had mistakes but I will give some examples , on TV , they showed a kurd guy who has 57 or more kids , 100 something grandkids, and two or three wives. they ask him how you survive. he says Gov. gives money for each kid. and governer of city help them financially. during 1990s, Ozal made huge investment in souther turkey, he built modern houses,schools and gave money to send their kids to school.these houses still there and empty they didnt use it sometimes because of the fear of PKK , sometimess dumbness. the gov sent doctors , teachers, PKK killed them , and they didnt say'' these people coming here to help us, why we are supporting these terrorist''. they have tribal leaders,domestic murderers of honor is popular between them, poligamy is still present. they still dare to tell they dont have any freedom. big cities was full of kurds today, they are selling women , drugs, mafia and they damage turkeys image. no matter what we did, we were accused of not giving them morerights, in 1990s , their deputies were sent to parliament, first thing they did is to swear in Kurdish language. you were given a right and you didnt help your own people. the reason we turks are not giving severe reactions is not because of we afraid if them , we dont want to hurt them, but they dontunderstand, turkish nationalist are on demand now because of their remarks and barzanis provoking remarks. if we decide to do something, not only barzani but also america cannot stop us. look at kirkuk, an iraq city, they try to bring more kurdish with the help of america. Turkey doesnt demand kirkuk, but opposing kurd's ignorance that it is an arabic city. why do iraqies dont say anything about kirkuk.? why they dont speak up what kurdish are doing down there. america eventually will leave , you will see how quick barzanis speech will change. during saddam he was giving turkish passport to use like talabani and now how he pay. turkey saved his life against talabani. I guess we did mistake.

US Reportedly Investigating PKK Weapons Turkey Says US Admits Corrupt Personnel May Have Played a Supply Role The US military has launched an internal investigation to uncover how American weapons got into the hands of the PKK, according to Turkey's foreign minister Abdullah Gül. In a TV interview Thursday evening, Gül also revealed that Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will travel to Ankara for talks next week following Turkish elections. Regarding the PKK's use of American weapons, Gül told NTV: “After some terrorists were arrested, security forces seized their weapons. When we investigated the place of origin of those weapons, we saw that some of them were manufactured by the United States. US officials told us that those were the weapons they handed over to the Iraqi army." Today's Zaman quoted more details from Gül's live interview, where he specified: “1,260 weapons captured from the PKK are American made. We documented it to the U.S. These are of course not given directly to the PKK by the U.S. These are the ones that were given to the Iraqi army. Unfortunately some U.S. officers were corrupt. The Department of Defense informed us that a serious investigation is underway.” Prime Minister Erdogan also indicated in public comments that the military has undertaken an investigation, telling the press that the Americans had informed him the situation might have arisen as a result of the corruption of some US personnel. US Embassy Press Attaché Kathryn Schalow, speaking with Today’s Zaman on Thursday following Gül’s latest remarks, first stressed that Washington considered both the PKK and its offshoot, the Party for a Free Life in Kurdistan (PEJAK), to be terrorist organizations, saying the US would not get involved in any kind of contact or relation with terrorists. “We take very seriously reports concerning US weapons being found in possession of terrorists. We’ve been working closely both with Turkish and Iraqi authorities to investigate the reports,” Schalow said, refusing to comment on an ongoing investigation. Underlining the importance attributed by the US to “close and effective dialogue with Turkey on this as well as on other issues,” and the US commitment for fighting against PKK “on all fronts,” Schalow did note: “For dialogue to remain frank and effective, it is best not to have them carried out in public forums.” Gül and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will soon have the opportunity for private dialogue with Iraqi leaders, as they have confirmed plans for a visit from Nuri al-Maliki. Erdogan said Maliki had wanted to come this week, but the visit was delayed until after the July 22 elections. Without specifying an exact date, Erdogan said Turkey, Iraq and the U.S. would discuss the PKK issue in Ankara within the framework of the trilateral security mechanism set up by the three countries. He warned however, that if the talks fail with Maliki Turkey will be left with no other option but to act unilaterally against the PKK. Erdogan said in a TV interview Thursday night that if the US was not prepared to combat the PKK then Ankara would have to do what was necessary, stressing that Turkey has always worked to combat terrorism and had served as a strategic ally for the US in the war on terror. “Afghanistan is the biggest example of this,” he said. “It is not right to adopt an approach discriminating as ‘my terrorist is bad, your terrorist is good.’ All terrorists are bad. And we need to form a joint platform for combat against this. We have situated ourselves against terror wherever it is encountered, because we suffer from it. The number of martyrs we have given to terror has exceeded 15,000. Just as how you have alarmed the world when the twin towers were hit, you should show the same participation and cooperation in this now. If you do not fulfill your responsibilities in this, we will have to do whatever it takes. And that ‘whatever’ is obvious.”

رقم الموبايل من مساعد وحدتي وبحجة انه احد أقربائي. 2- عند وصولي إلى (مقدم سامان حميد) اوجزني الواجب بالذهاب إلى (هولير) أي (اربيل) فورا وبعد الظهر من يوم الخميس (5/7/2007) وعند الوصول التوجه فورا إلى مقر الرئيسي للحزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني. وهناك ينتظرك (مدير الفرع) وسوف تعرف الواجب المخصص لك حيث أكد لي هذا المقدم بان ذهابك إلى (هولير) ليس لوحدتك علم به. وان مقر التنسيق المشترك سيوفر لك عجلة وحماية جنود اثنان مسلحين. 3- نم تهيئة السيارة والحماية وتوجهنا إلى (هولير) ثم وصلنا الفرع الرئيسي واتصلت الاستعلامات الخارجية بداخل الفرع وسمحوا لي فقط بالدخول مع بقاء الحماية في الاستعلامات الخارجية. وعند دخولي البناية استقبلني موظف الاستعلامات الداخلية وتعرف علي ثم أوصلني إلى الشخص المقصود اعتقد (مدير الفرع) فرحب بي بالغة الكردية وقال لي (أنت فلان) أجبته (نعم). وبعد استراحة قصيرة قال لي وباللغة الكردية (حجزنا لك هذه الليلة في فندق السياحي)؟ وغدا صباحا تأتي إليك سيارة (بهبهان) بيضاء (رقم؟ سليمانية). ستوصلك إلى دوكان وان السائق اسمه (كاكه حمه). 4- في يوم الجمعة المصادف 6/7/2007) وفي تمام الساعة السابعة صباحا اتصلت بي استعلامات الفندق وقالت لي (السيارة والسائق ينتظرك في الاستعلامات). نزلت على الفور وتعرفت على السائق وتوجهنا إلى دوكان. 5. وصلنا دوكان واتجه السائق إلى بناية شبيهة بالفندق ولكنها اصغر ولاحظت على سطحها من الخارج الكثير من الهوائيات والصحون الكبيرة والصغيرة ووجود برج اتصالات بجانب البناية. أوقفنا الحرس الخارجي وهو كردي ثم سمح لنا بالدخول ماعدا السيارة والحماية التي جاءت معي من طوز خرماتو.سالت السائق ما هذه البناية؟ فأجابني أنها مركز الاتصالات المركزية الأميركية. دخلنا إلى الاستعلامات طلبوا مني الهوية وأسباب الزيارة,فوجئت بالسائق يتكلم باللغة الأجنبية. سمحوا لنا بالدخول في إحدى الغرف المؤثثة ثم جاءني رجل متوسط العمر فسلم علينا باللغة الكردية وتناولنا الفطور سوية. ثم أخذني إلى غرفة أخرى فشاهدت اثنان جالسين تم التعرف عليهم احدهم أميركي (لااتذكر اسمه) مرتدي الملابس العسكرية والأخر مدني وعلى رأسه قطعة سوداء صغيرة عرفت بأنه من الموساد الإسرائيلي. جلسنا سوية وبعد فترة سالت الشاب الكردي هل لك علم بالواجب الذي جئت من اجله؟ فأجابني نعم ولكن بعد وصول شخص عسكري من إيران اسمه (منصوري جعفري) وهو عقيد في اطلاعات الإيرانية. وبعد ساعة تقريبا وصل العقيد الإيراني (منصوري جعفري) فنهض الجميع وسلم عليهم باللغة الإيرانية فجلس واخذ يتحدثون فيما بينهم والكردي يترجم 8- في يوم السبت المصادف 7/7/2007 سمعت خبرا مفجعا وأنا في البيت وفوجئت بان هناك سيارة شاحنة في سوق ناحية امرلي انفجرت وراح ضحيتها المئات من الأبرياء ودمرت الدور والسوق الرئيسي وبعد بفترة ليس بطويل اتصلوا بأهلي بعض الأقارب من ناحية امرلي يوكدون إن الانفجار دمر بيوت أقاربي (فلان) (وفلان) ومنهم اقرب الأقربين لي وجميع أطفالهم ذهبوا ضحية الانفجار ولهذا اعترف أمام الله بأنني لااعرف عن ما تحتويه السيارة الشاحنة غير أنها تحمل مواد تجارية. واحمل المسؤؤلية الكاملة إلى كل من (إيران والقوات الأميركية ومسعود البار زاني والمالكي والموساد الإسرائيلي) والله على ما أقوله شهيد. ضابط كردي منتمي للحزب isnt that our defect to expect everything from the upstairs. it is known that U.S always give weapons to PKK or food to terrorists from their helicopters which took off incilik base in Turkey. EU always supported them against Turkey, their money is the drug money coming from Europe. Main reason of Pkk attacks in Turkey nowadays is because of the fact that we didnt approve americans of using our lands to occupy Iraq. if we had it, we would have had No PKK attack. a way of punishment from The U.S. but Maliki is trying to do something but his hands are tied . iraq has more important problems to solve like insurgents. as for America, they dont wanna stop PKK it is obvious. and they can't risk their soldiers life for another country's peace. media in america cant tolerate , already popularity of war collapsed. our terrorist are good, their terrorists are bad. what america thinks and What gul complained about in the briefing. of course nobody will allow terrorist to kill their citizens.

تقدم الشيخ اريان البرزنجي مستشار وزير الثقافة في اقليم شمال العراق ,بمشروع قانون يجيز زواج المسيار قي الاقليم, للبرلمان الكردي للمناقشة, وحدد الشيخ اسباب سن هذا القانون لانه يعالج اوضاع الكثير من النسوة المتقدمان في العمر والارامل الاتي فقدن ازواجهن( حسب وكالة اكي الايطالية) . ماهو زواج المسيار؟؟؟ وفي السنوات الاخيرة ظهر ما يسميه الناس زواج المسيار وهذه التسمية جاءت في كلام العامة ,تمييزاً له عن عما تعارف عليه الناس في الزواج العادي,لأن الرجل في هذا الزواج يسير الى زوجته في اوقات متفرقة ولا يستقر عندها. المسيار في الاصطلاح: هو الزواج الذي يذهب فيه الرجل إلى بيت المرأة ولا تنتقل المرأة إلى بيت الرجل؛ وفي الغالب تكون هذه الزوجة ثانية، وعنده زوجة أخرى هي التي تكون في بيته وينفق عليها. الفرق بين المسيار والزواج العرفي: الفرق بين الزواج العرفي والمسيار، أن الزواج العرفي زواج شرعي قد استكمل جميع شروطه وأركانه، وقد كان هو الزواج المتعارف عليه طيلة ثلاثة عشر قرناً بين المسلمين، وقد جاءت تسميته بالعرفي بعد أن ألزمت الدولة بتسجيل عقد الزواج في المحاكم الشرعية أو دوائر خاصة. اراء العلماء في زواج المسيار. اختلف العلماء في حكم هذا النوع من الزواج,ويمكن القول انهم ذهبوا في هذا الى فريقيين. 1_ القول بالاباحة او اباحة مع الكراهة. 2_ القول بعدم الاباحة. من الذين قالوا بالاباحة. الشيخ عبد العزيز ابن الباز فحين سئل عن الزواج المسيار والذي فيه يتزوج الرجل بالثانية او الرابعة, وتبقى المراة عند والديها, ويذهب اليها زوجها في اوقات مختلفة تخضع لظروف كل منهما. اجاب( لاحرج في ذلك اذا استوفى العقد الشروط المعتبرة شرعاً وهي وجود الولي ورضا الزوجين, وحضور شاهدين عدلين على اجراء العقد وسلامة الزوجين من الموائع, لعموم قول النبي محمد(ص)( احق ما اوفيتم من الشروط ان توفوا به ما استحللتم به الفروج)(رواه البخاري). وقول محمد(ص)(المسلمون على شروطهم),فان اتفق الزوجان على ان المراة تبقى عند اهلها او على ان القسم يكون لها نهاراً لا ليلاً او في ايام معينة او ليالي معينة فلا بأس بشرط اعلان النكاح وعدم اخفائه. ومن الذين قالوا با باحته مع الكراهة الدكتور يوسف القرضاوي وفي ذلك يقول(انا لست من دعاة زواج المسيار ولا من المرغبين فيه,فلم اكتب مقالة في تحبيذه او دفاع عنه ولم اخطب خطبة تدعو اليه كل ما في الامر اني سئلت سؤالا عنه فلم يسعني ان اخالف ضميري او اتاجر بديني او اشتري رضا الناس بسخط ربي فأحرم ما اعتقد انه حلال. القائلون بعدم الاباحة وادلتهم الدكتور محمد الزحيلي فيقول......ارى منع هذا الزواج وتحريمه لامرين اولهما انه يقترن ببعض الشروط التي تخالف مقتضى العقد وتنافي مقاصد الشريعة الاسلامية في الزواج, من السكن والمودة ورعاية الزوجة اولاً والاسرة ثانياً, والانجاب وتربية الاولاد, ووجوب العدل بين الزوجات كما يتضمن عقد الزواج تنازل المراة عن حق الوطء والانفاق وغير ذلك ثانيهما انه يرتب على ذلك الزواج كثير من المفاسد والنتائج المنافية لحكمة الزواج في المودة والسكن والعفاف والطهر, مع ضياع الاولاد والسرية في الحياة الزوجية والعائلية وعدم اعلان ذلك, قد يراهم احد الجيران او الاقارب فيظن بهما الظنون.... ويضاف ذلك ان زواج المسيار هو استغلال لظروف المراة, فلو تحقق لها الزواج العادي لما قبلت بالاول وفيه شي من المهانه للمراة. وهنا نقول الرحمة بالمراة المسلمة ,اليس الزواج في الإسلام يقوم على أركان ثلاثة: المودة، الرحمة، السكنى، الواردة في سورة الروم الآية 21، وزواج لا تتوافر له هذه الأركان لا يصح، لأن هذا الأسلوب في الزواج يتنافى مع قوله تعالى: (الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنْفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ) (النساء: من الآية34)، على أن هذا الزواج يظهر فيه استغلال حاجة المرأة حيث يتمتع بقضاء الوطر دون أن يحقق للمرأة كل الأهداف السامية للزواج، قال تعالى: (وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيْهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ) (البقرة: من الآية228)، وفي زواج المسيار لا يتحقق للمرأة ما يثبت لها بالزواج في الإسلام والرجل في هذه الحال منتهز لرغبة المرأة في العفاف وتحصين نفسها. في المقالة القادمة سوف اتكلم عن زواج الشغار. العراقي تاج فوك الراس

Maliki Heading to Ankara for PKK Talks Iraqi PM Will Stop in Turkey Tuesday, Iran on Wednesday Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will make his long-awaited trip to Ankara next week, working to smooth over the strain in bilateral relations resulting from the ongoing presence of PKK rebels in northern Iraq, followed by a second stop in Iran. The Iraqi leader will lead a delegation to Turkey on Tuesday and to Iran on Wednesday "to discuss the bilateral relations between Iraq and these two countries in the political, economic and security fields," according to spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh. Dabbagh was light on specifics regarding the topics for discussion, but the expectation that the he would discuss the PKK in Ankara could not be avoided. "There will be calls for efforts to solve this matter. The Iraqi government will ease the Turkish worry. We want relations with our neighbour on its best levels," Dabbagh said. Erdogan has indicated US representatives may attend the meeting, implying that the encounter could be under the aegis of the trilateral security commission established to provide a venue for discussion on the Kurdish issue, though the State Department has not confirmed planned attendance. Maliki reportedly plans to take a number of top officials in his delegation, but one faction certain to not be represented is leadership from the Kurdish regional government. Though the Iraqi government has tried to push KRG representation as a part of the trilateral security apparatus, Erdogan has refused to allow their participation at negotiations. While Turkish obstinance on this point can be understood, it does create an obstacle for efficient progress. Ilnur Cevik writes about how the Iraqis could be handle this problem, though his solution would still require an indirect conduit to the Iraqi Kurds in the KRG. This deficiency could be overcome if Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari is included in the Maliki delegation. Maliki was to have come here with five ministers including the oil minister and a Sunni Arab state minister in charge of foreign relations. But when the Sunni Arabs quit the cabinet Maliki reportedly decided to bring Zebari to Ankara with him. If this happens then Zebari, who is a prominent Kurd from the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the uncle of Massoud Barzani, could be on hand to take charge of the security file. Zebari is highly experienced in dealing with the Turkish government and the military and has been privy to the PKK file for nearly two decades. Even with Zebari's long experience and family ties, a satisfying resolution to the two countries' bilateral disagreements would seem a long shot. It's not likely the Turkish military would follow through on its threats to invade Iraqi territory, but the constant low-grade mortar campaign against training camps and villages along the border could continue indefinitely. The central government in Baghdad could not publicly assent to a serious crackdown on PKK activities in northern Iraq without risking a rebellion from the KRG, but ignoring the mass of Turkish troops on the border would be equally unwise. A column Monday in the Washington Post alleged that the US had been developing plans for covert assistance by American Special Forces, who were reportedly to work with the Turkish Army to carry out operations against the PKK. If there were serious covert planning in the works, they may have been scuttled by columnist Robert Novak's love for publicly revealing classified information. "In Washington's politics, this is called 'blocking leak.' When certain individuals or groups want to prevent something secret from being carried out, they leak it to the press, and it's effectively killed," Bülent Alirıza, director of Turkey Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in DC, told the Turkish Daily News. The buzz around DC concerns who leaked to Novak. Most suspicion falls on Congressional members briefed on the program by undersecretary of defense Eric Edelman, who may have thought the endeavor an unwise US policy choice. But the more interesting theory is that the Pentagon never intended to cooperate with the Turkish army, but committed to do so for the sake of friendly relations, and then implicated Congress in leaking the "plans" in order to quash the operation they never intended to undertake. Only Novak knows who wanted to suppress the possibility of US-Turkish covert operations against the PKK, but the topic of future cooperation will likely be an item for discussion in Ankara next week. Maliki's delegation will be prepared with rhetoric on Iraqi hopes for regional friendships, but is not in a position to order action against the PKK. If the trilateral commission reaches agreement on a serious campaign against the PKK, the public will probably only learn about it when someone decides to leak.
