Many Iraqis are new to the net but since 2003 there has been an explosion in the numbers of Iraqis starting up information sites, debate forums, etc. I ask all members to contribute to this thread so we can exchange info on new and old Iraqi based websites currently available on the WWW. Some interesting Iraqi blogs.

Where is Raed is written by a young Iraqi called Salman Pax who achieved great acclaim for blogging from Baghdad before, during and after the 2003 war. His web diary became an Internet sensation and he now writes regularly for the Guardian Newspaper. Hope you all find these interesting.

Great new Iraqi site which allows you to share files using P2P. You can download iraqi plays, movies, TV series, music, documentaries, and etc..!

The site uses BitTorrent P2P technology. Check it out!

Look how full of resourcefulness we Iraqis are when we put our minds to it. It was only 5 years ago that we could access the WWW and now look what we are doing. Im so happy to see Iraqis making such contributions to the web. These sites will show the world how individual we are as a culture and how different we are from the rest of the Middle East. Thanx for posting these links and keep them coming pls.

LOB, thanks for your contribution. I was a regular contributor with topix Iraq forum for a few months. Its good for letting off steam.

Hi Mout. First you'll need to join ISOHUNT. Once you've done this open your limewire application. Then back to ISOHUNT and search for the file in question. Once you've found it click "DOWNLOAD TORRENT" and it will automatically start downloading in Limewire. If you have any trouble with limewire try downloading ARIES.

Lion i go to topix forum but all american and they hate iraqi ppl. why you recomend it? sorry i post one message and in 15 mins 5 reply all insults. iraq4u is the best.

Hi bro. Topix is a very fast moving forum mainly populated by Americans, many of whom are on the ignorant side. Your better off here.

Pleasure zimo. I found a few old friends on it too. Wierd to see the photos of them now. Some haven't changed much bar the wrinkles and facial hair. And thats the ladies!!
