VOICES OF IRAQ: A DOCUMENTARY FILM DIRECTED BY THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ
We distributed 150 digital video cameras to the people of Iraq to film their lives, hopes, dreams - and then to pass the camera on!
What resulted was amazing! As an Iraqi-Chaldean-American, I was fascinated to view, translate, and edit the footage that we received. It made me so proud to be Iraqi.
My goal for this film was to show the world what I know about the Iraqi people, the beautiful side: their personality, beauty, and strength.
