No it belongs to kurdistan only and kurds only and nothing to do with Iraq.
Here we go again, another Kaka trying to prove that Kurdistan is a worthwhile country. Keep dreaming on dodo, you will get obliterated before you see the word Kurdistan on an official world map. If Arabs don’t do it, Turkey will wipe you out of existence, and I think you did get a taste of it in Zakho didn’t you.
Kurds claim they are very friendly and democratic bunch, yet if you are not a Kurd and live in northern Iraq, you will die from hunger before anyone offer you a job to support your family, they are nothing but a group of self absorbed cave duelers. Even as we speak, in northern Iraq only Kurds will prosper leaving all others starving to death, regardless of their ethnicity or religion.
You better stop your terrorist operations in Baghdad, before Alqaida expands its operations into the heart of the territory. Then you’ll be facing a war that even the American forces aren’t able to deter.
DO YOU BELIEVE IN THIS THAT THE KURDS SAYS THAT THEY WERE IN THE NORTH OF MESOPOTAMIA AT THE TIME OF THE MESOPOTAMIAN PROPHET NOAH (NOH) PRACE BE UPON HIM.
UNTILL WHEN HARRY THE KURDS CLAIMS THEIR HISTORY OF THE MESOPOTAMIAN PROPHET NOAH (NOH) PEACE BE UPON HIM THAT THEY WERE HIM.

HARRY
YOU ARE 100% RIGHT ABOUT THE KURDS.
THAT IS WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY ABOUT THEM FROM THE BIGINNING BUT YOU ARE NOT BELIVING ME.
Sadiq:
The problem with you is that you never came out clean; never in any of your posts you indicated that you favor one side or another. All we have seen from you is that you hate this and you hate that, never once you mentioned who are your favorite people, and please stop saying “Mesopotamians” there are no Mesopotamians these days, they are all Iraqis.
Yeppers, God takes care of these things, in HIS time, we often don't know or understand, BOTTOM LINE (I always like the bottom line, do NOT like the gibberish that takes x away from it)...................................
except that we often must do our gibberish to keep from crying, shutting down, etc..

Uk makes a good Kurdistan, there enough kurds here to start a revolution. They have paid between $6000-$10000 to get here. They expect to be welcomed with open arms, given luxury houses, servants, and nice cars. They also expect to be paid handsomely so they can afford to pay for the mobile telephones. And when they say they are going to Iran on holiday (vacation) they are actually going to Iraq. Now they are banned from all the night clubs, because they think that all english women are easy meat, and when they say no, they really mean yes. So now at the door, they say that they are iraqis, not kurdish. I wonder why there are so many men escaped from kurdistan, but not women???? Anyone knows the secret.
I have gone tea total now, since I made two spelling mistakes, thanks harry, you put me off my ouzo. Damn....! But I still love you..

THAT IS WHAT I WANT HARRY.
Who are those people you are talking about? What is their language? What are their political motivations? Do they believe in god, Buddha, or do they worship a cow? Do they live in Iraq? Or abroad?
We know nothing about those people. I did not ask you what you want, I asked you which group of Iraqis, or non-Iraqis do you believe you belong to?
tigris81 and calm you should be ashamed of talking about drinking in front of everyone. Dont you fear God?
Arbil is a kurdish name and its real name is hewlar.
I thinks that between us and God and I dont think you have to talk about drinking in order to feel ashamed. Feeling ashamed is when I would lie to the whole world about a silly made-up cause in order to get publicity and sympathy in order to get some land and a state eventually.
I have seen many Kurds here in the EU that made false claims about being tortured by Saddam and all that (when in fact they were living far away from his brutality) just to obtain political assylum and gain some income support from local governments. That is something to be ashamed of!.

Nothing to do with Iraq? So what is Jalal Talabani? Indian?. Whats he doing in the presidential palace sitting in the IRAQI presidential chair and behind him an IRAQI flag.
Also, if Kurds have nothing to do with Iraq as you claim then why did they celebrate the Iraqi teams victory the other day?

Hahaha, so true, except some of them got away with it and got their free houses and servents, cars, etc... I do worry that one day they will start a revolution in the UK and claim parts of it as theirs. I am expecting they will start with Scotland as they love mountains and titan skirts (and also its waters has most of the country's oil reserves). . Scotlandistan in 50 years time maybe.
i agree with you on that this the mind of the mountain kurds who claims they have culture and civilization but in reality they are not completely groundzero, they think they are smart and they can fool the world about innocent and that they did not kill anyone in their past life but in the end the truth will be known in the future and their big lies in everything you will see.
just when america gave them the chance to speak they began scrowing evertything about their history and their democtratic fake government of their two stupid leaders masood barazani and that fat guy jalal talibani and their fake kurdistan nation and their fake land that they assume.
Now please, lets all stop this horsing around; and go back to the topic of the thread.
Thank you.
OK dude, your the boss!
Baiji (Arabic: بيجي ; also spelled Bayji) is a city of about 60,000 inhabitants in northern Iraq some 130 miles north of Baghdad, on the main road to Mosul. It is a major industrial centre best known for its oil refinery, the biggest in Iraq; it also has important weapons and chemical plants.
The city has a mixed Arab and Kurdish population, although the latter was much reduced by Saddam Hussein's policy of "Arabisation" of the north of Iraq. After the invasion of Kuwait in 1990, dozens of British civilians taken captive in Kuwait were held at the Baiji oil refinery, apparently as human shield. The city was bombed during the 1991 Gulf War and about 80% of the oil refinery was destroyed. It was quickly rebuilt and was back in action only a couple of months after the war's end. However, a lack of maintenance and spare parts resulting from the United Nations trade embargo against Iraq caused the deterioration of the city's oil refinery, which by the late 1990s was in a very poor condition and was seriously polluting the surrounding area.
Baiji was captured with little or no fighting during the 2003 invasion of Iraq. It was briefly thought in late April 2003 that barrels of chemicals found in a storage area near the town contained the nerve agent cyclosarin. Soon afterwards, United States troops discovered an underground oil refinery at Baiji which was initially suspected to be a chemical weapons plant. Both leads eventually proved to be false alarms in the so far fruitless search for Iraqi weapons of mass destruction.
Following the invasion, Baiji subsequently became the scene of a number of insurgent attacks. The town is at one end of the "Sunni Triangle" region which provided the bedrock of Saddam Hussein's support. The sprawling oil refinery and pipelines have been particularly difficult to protect against guerrillas. There have been repeated (occasionally successful) attempts to blow up oil pipelines and damage other elements of the oil infrastructure. In October 2003, violent riots broke out in the town in protest against the US-backed police force, which was accused of corruption. US troops restored order, wounding four Iraqis in the process, and sacked the town's police chief, replacing him with a local man elected by tribal elders. A US soldier was killed in the town on October 12. US troops subsequently conducted a number of raids in the town to root out guerrillas, who were publicly supported by some of Baiji's clergy. It was also thought that Saddam Hussein might be hiding in Baiji, prompting raids to find him, before he was eventually captured in December 2003 in the village of ad-Dawr.
