Dear All, once again we see the paradox in the idea of the separation of church and state, religious zealous, fundamentalists or indeed extremists are not only the creation of Islam and Muslims, Tony Blair is a religious fundamentalist as well as Georg Bush . speaking to god in your spare time in your ((Circular)) Office means that you hear voices in your head and that is a kind of mental disease, Double personality or ....schizophrenic , or in fact the voices are Satan voices, because it is impossible that God orders so much death and destruction as we are seeing in Iraq. this article by the Guardian proves that with respect to the current administration , there is no division between church and politics, Dear all, how many times did we hear words like Crusade from GWB, how many times Evil Ideology?? Good and Bad?? Friends and enemies?? with us and against us?? what are we seeing in the world is total collapse of human values, lack of tolerance, or indeed a New World Order, In the good book of Islam , Satan promises god that he will take over the world he will make all the humanity as his faithful followers with exception to the few good who will remain loyal to god, that is from the ideological side, but if the reader is secular, I would say that the first established Satan church, was indeed by the Yazidis in Iraq, and the first manifestation of the Devil was done in Old Babylonia, and Satanism is the religion of trendy people now a days, when ever I was asked about the true ruler of the world I would say.Satan through a bunch of Lieutenants, and it is for you and me to decide who are these Lieutenants. Long Live Humanity and True Human Being, Long Live Tolerance and acceptance of the other, Long Live United Iraq

US President George W. Bush had five polyps removed during a routine colon cancer test this weekend, but doctors said they were small and not worrisome. The polyps, all less than one centimetre, will be tested to determine whether there are any signs of cancer. The results are expected to be available within a few days. "None appeared worrisome," a White House spokesman said. Mr Bush, 61, transferred his presidential powers to Vice President Dick Cheney for just over two hours while he had the colonoscopy and recovered. He was sedated during the 31-minute procedure at the presidential retreat in Camp David, Maryland. At 7:16 a.m. EDT (1116 GMT) Bush invoked Section 3 of the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to voluntarily transfer his powers of the presidency to Cheney while he was unable to discharge his duties during the colonoscopy procedure. Mr Bush invoked Section 3 of the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution to transfer his powers to Mr Cheney at 7.16am on Saturday and reclaimed them at 9.21am. The amendment has only been invoked twice before, once by Mr Bush in 2002 for the same procedure which lasted for two hours and 15 minutes and once by then-President Ronald Reagan in July 1985 when he had colon cancer surgery. Colonoscopies are routine in Mr Bush's age-bracket. About 2 million Americans have one each year to reduce the chance of colon cancer – one of the US's biggest killers. "Five (polyps) is a bigger number than you'd like to see, it's certainly not a daunting number," said Dr Jerry Wishner of Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt Kisco, NY. While not involved with Mr Bush's test, Dr Wishner said the size of the polyps was a positive sign but Mr Bush would most likely have to undergo another colonoscopy in a year. Mr Bush is an avid fitness buff with a competitive streak and tries to take a few hours each week to go mountain biking, often with members of his staff. He also does elliptical training, free-weights, stretching and low-impact workouts on a treadmill. After developing knee problems a few years ago, he gave up running and mountain biking became his favourite sport.
Oh while GWB was seeing the wanna be world famous "PROCTOR-ologist's I had forgotten that I sent him a friendly email. Of course, rightfully so, was concerned that the VP may have his hunting rifle while on duty, if he did I hope it was not loaded.

The Torture Two-StepBush's new torture order and its loopholes.By Phillip Carter Posted Monday, July 23, 2007, at 5:13 PM ET George W. Bush In an executive order signed and published Friday afternoon, President Bush purported to end the reign of torture. The order clearly forbids "torture" and "cruel, inhuman or degrading" treatment." Except that it all depends on what the definition of torture is. The order does nothing to repudiate earlier interpretations of the Bush administration, which narrowed "torture's" scope to allow coercive interrogation techniques including sleep deprivation, water boarding, and extraordinary rendition, among others. Instead of proscribing torture, it adds yet another layer to the legal regime supporting those earlier policies. And it further opens up new loopholes for creative lawyers in the CIA and Pentagon. The end result is a policy that misses a historic opportunity to correct the excesses of the last six years.Setting the tone for what's to come, President Bush starts by citing two of the most infamous legal documents of the past seven years—the January 2002 memo by then-White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales describing the Geneva Conventions as "quaint" and "obsolete," and the February 2002 directive declaring that Geneva didn't apply to terror detainees. These memos caricatured the Geneva Conventions as the product of old wars between old states on old-style battlefields, irrelevant in the 21st century. (Funny how so many people in uniform disagreed, including retired Gen. Colin Powell, the Navy general counsel, and all the military's top JAG officers.) Once it was decided that the entire class of detainees at Guantanamo didn't qualify for Geneva's protections, it became far easier for intelligence officials and their lawyers to up the ante with increasingly sadistic interrogation practices. In 2002, Bush lawyers went so far as to argue that interrogators only cross the line if they specifically intend to cause severe pain or suffering, such as organ failure or death. Friday's order rests atop this deeply flawed legal foundation. The order also reaffirms the administration's broad view of the war against al-Qaida, the Taliban, and "associated forces" as a war that is unlimited with respect to time or geography. Al-Qaida fighters captured in Afghanistan may be subject to this order, and so, too, might suspects detained in Chicago or New York. It's not clear what limits apply. The order seems to restrict itself to the famous "ticking bomb" hypothetical, but there's nothing restricting its application to high-ranking al-Qaida operatives. The order does restrict itself to detainees who might know about terrorist attacks against the United States and its armed forces abroad, or about "locating the senior leadership of al Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces." But that, too, is an incredibly broad category, and an interrogator can't know whether or not a suspect falls into it before the interrogation begins. And so this document represents Justice Robert Jackson's proverbial loaded legal weapon, lying ready for use on any detainee connected to America's global war on terror. placeAd2('news/slate','midarticleflex',true)
